Ashley Lashay or “Shay-Bug” was born on April 20, 1992, to her parents Vicky Morris and Brian Jones. She resided with her mother, step-father Carl Morris, and her older sister Erica ‘Nikki’ Nicole in Memphis, Tennessee.

Nikki attempted to call a friend, but Joyce, eager to leave, urged her to wrap up the phone call.
